back home!

What's up PC friends?!

So we are back in Bridgewater, a little sad because I miss NACA but happy because I get to see everyone's faces! I last left everyone on Friday evening. On saturday morning we started our morning by having coffee with 7K, yet again, still love them. Then we attended two ed session, one was called "Looking in the Mirror" and the other one was "LEEDing with Integrity" both were really good and informative. In the first one we talked about what our challenges were as an organization, for Bridgewater one of the things I talked about was getting our commuters to stay for events. For the other session we discussed how things work with our e-board what kind of things go on at meetings, etc. both were really good and informative. The showcases yesterday were AMAZING especially We Know Jackson they are so good & I am marrying the guy who played the keyboard. :) We also watched this group called Step Afrika, they were awesome, maybe a cultural event?! hmmm.

I got to go to chili's for lunch, it was soooooo good. I got chicken Crispers. =) We had a few CAMPs that were really relaxing for the first time. It was extremely casual and not as rushed as usual. I got a really cool picture holder made with my name on it. We left one of the showcases early to get ready for the Awards banquet and then went to another CAMP where were met Katelynn from the Real World. We also watched Matt Miller creeping on us. At the Awards Ceremony Bridgewater won Excellence in Programming! We are so amazing. =) After the dinner we went back to our rooms and changed and got ready for Groove Boston we all danced our little butts off. Even Dayne, Rachel & Meg's new love interest. The creepers followed us and did the creeper sign themselves, hahaha. toolsssss!

After our little dance we were all so exhausted we stayed up a little bit longer, I got yelled at by a drunk man who called me Ms. Soda Machine. Last time I checked that was NOT my name on my Connect Card. Sadly, we left NACA yesterday at 12. We stopped at Panera for a delicious lunch & I spent the remainder of my money and also spilled my Frozen Mocha all over the seat in the van, figures. We got home in a timely fashion and even saw Laura Scalley! It was nice to get back to my room but I miss Room 1028 with Katie, Kelly and Meg.

NACA was so amazing. It was worth all my CPDC craziness and all the stress that I had. We all represented Bridgewater so well & I wish we could have taken EVERYONE with us. I can't wait to be able to apply again. We all took something very special out of NACA and it was truly an amazing experience. I hope everyone realizes how well Bridgewater was represented and is proud of the things we accomplished, I know I am. NACA Northeast, I will see you again.

peace, love, & excellence in ALL that we do. =)

yours truly,
Katelyn
